Ham and Cheese Pinwheels
Don't let the simplicity of this recipe fool you...these ham and cheese pinwheels are to die for! With a yummy whipped ranch cream cheese, both kids and adults are always reaching for more. Not only are they packed with deliciousness, but they are so easy to make! The perfect make-ahead snack, appetizer, or picnic item!
Ingredients
Ranch Cream Cheese
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. ranch dressing
- 1 handful fresh chopped chives (about 10)
Other
- 28 slices smoked ham (deli style)
- 16 slices medium cheddar cheese (sandwich size)
- 4 burrito-size tortillas
Instructions
- Whip the ranch cream cheese ingredients with a mixer on high until fluffy and creamy.
- Spread ⅓ c. of the cream cheese on a tortilla.
- Top with 4 slices of cheese and 7 slices of ham (trim to fit tortilla, if necessary).
- Roll up tightly and wrap with plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Let sit overnight. Slice and Serve.
Notes
- If you practice a low-carb lifestyle, sub regular tortillas for low-carb...still super delicious!
