Bombdiggity Apple Dip

This recipe was inspired by a dip that my Mom used to make when my sister and I were little. One day when I had a taste for it, but did not know the recipe, I made this up on a whim. Hudson was probably about three years old at the time and when he tried it he told me it was "the bombdiggity!" With that, the name stuck and ever since it's been Bombdiggity Apple Dip. Both adult and kid approved!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • ½ c. creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ c. honey
  • ¼ c. whole milk

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix on lower and gradually increased to high speed. Beat until the mixture is a smooth, creamy, whipped consistency.
  • Give it a taste. I like this ratio of ingredients best. If you would like it a little sweeter, add more honey to taste.
  • Serve with apple slices (I like Honeycrisp the best!)
